Dr. Robert Hackim
As a teenager, Dr. Hackim went through his own orthodontic treatment and knew right away that he wanted to pursue a career in dentistry. This San Diego native attended dental school at the University of the Pacific and obtained his orthodontic degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He comes with over 30 years of orthodontic experience.
Dr. Hackim comes from a large family consisting of 10 siblings. His wife is a nurse who has four siblings of her own. The Hackims have one daughter and enjoy spending their free time with their extended family. They like to travel but love living in San Diego.
Dr. Yvonne Jordan
Dr. Yvonne Jordan is a general dentist and works in cosmetic and family dentistry. She performs both surgical and restorative procedures for patients. Dr. Jordan is also experienced in placing and restoring dental implants, root canals and other procedures involving treatment of the soft tissues and teeth.
Her undergraduate studies were completed at the University of California at Los Angeles, where she graduated with honors. She then went on to dental school at the University of the Pacific’s Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, where she also graduated with honors. Afterward, Dr. Jordan completed her residency at the Veteran’s Administration where she trained on surgical procedures for medically complex patients. She has led two mission trips to Jamaica to provide care to communities with limited dental access. Dr. Jordan has recently moved back to her hometown of San Diego from the Bay Area where she ran her own office for a number of years. In her free time she loves spending time with her husband and two kids. She enjoys cooking and traveling.
Dr. Jordan works towards her patient’s individual goals for better dental health and aesthetics. By recognizing each patient has different outcome goals, she customizes her treatment plan so the results are aligned with patient’s preferred outcome. She is thorough and does not hesitate to spend the time explaining pathology and treatment options to patients. Her education, training, and her experience make her a great dentist and amazing asset to our team.
